Step directly outside and take in your private access to our 500 feet of waterfront on the Wingate Trout Stream that feeds directly into Lake Winnipesaukee, complete with a dedicated private fire pit for memorable evenings with family and friends. The entire Brookside Cottage features recently updated electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems to maximize our guests stay.
